It used to take all of my carrying capacity to get my son and his carseat from gate to gate when making a connecting flight, leaving my wife to carry everything else. With the Travelmate I can handle both a kid and the seat with just one hand! Now that we have another baby, traveling would be nearly impossible if not for this invention. The Travelmate is a real benefit when you are traveling. We are new parents and are taking a trip this summer. We do not know what people usually do about transporting young children that require a car seat.
